Welcome to Lindsey Renner Co, we are commitment to empowering Tribal Nations through strategic economic development. My journey has been shaped by my work as an operator, advocate, and consultant, with a focus on creating sustainable opportunities that honor sovereignty, self-determination, and cultural heritage.
As the founder of Native Humboldt Farms, I’ve navigated California’s highly regulated cannabis market, holding licenses in cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail. These experiences have provided me with a unique understanding of compliance, operational efficiency, and the importance of creating systems that work in harmony with community goals and values.
My advocacy work has included serving on the Policy Committee for the Humboldt County Growers Alliance, where I fought for equitable policies to support legacy operators. Since 2021, I’ve been a Cannabis Ambassador for the California State Fair, showcasing innovation and excellence in the industry. I’m also proud to partner with Cookies Enterprises on their Humboldt Grown Initiative and to educate the next generation of professionals as an instructor at Cookies U. My work includes regulatory writing, operational planning, and community engagement designed to empower tribes to thrive in today’s competitive markets.
